What You’ll Do
As a Senior Staffing Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and client fulfillment. Responsibilities include:
Source, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
Fill open client orders quickly and accurately
Make outbound recruiting calls, texts, and emails to attract talent
Match candidates with positions based on skills, availability, and client requirements
Manage drug screens, background checks, orientations, and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the ATS
Support employee relations and resolve issues as appropriate
Build relationships with candidates, employees, and customer contacts

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Do
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metal components
Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to meet specifications
Cut, shape, bend, and prepare raw materials using fabrication equipment
Align, clamp, and assemble materials prior to welding
Inspect, grind, and finish welds to meet quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work Environment
Fabrication and manufacturing shop environment
Exposure to welding sparks, fumes, heat, and industrial equipment
Standing and walking for most of the shift
Fast-paced production environment with quality expectations
Personal protective equipment required
Working around cranes, forklifts, and fabrication machinery
Physical Requirements
Lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more
Stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
Work in various positions including kneeling and crouching
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Safely work around fabrication equipment and moving materials
Must-Have Qualifications
Previous MIG and TIG welding experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong shop math and measuring skills
Knowledge of welding safety procedures
Good mechanical aptitude
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work safely and follow OSHA guidelines
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Fabrication shop experience
Experience with plasma cutters, saws, and ironworkers
Forklift experience
Overhead crane experience
Welding certifications
