These positions are best suited for reliable professionals of good character who are comfortable working independently in a legal administrative environment. Responsibilities for this assignment:

  • Initiate contact/notify fact witnesses concerning travel arrangements, appearance date/time, and determine any special circumstances or needs of the fact witness.

  • Receive visitors, field phone calls, questions, and other inquiries from fact witnesses seeking information pertaining to court, pre-trial conferences, grand jury appearances and expense reimbursement.

  • Meet with fact witnesses upon arrival at a designated hearing or pre-trial conference, offer and perform courtroom orientation, accompany witnesses to court, ensure a safe waiting area is available, and collect necessary documentation and signatures for fact witness reimbursement documents.

  • Complete and submit proper documentation for special authorizations and obtain prior approval before proceeding with travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and submit documentation for fact witness reimbursement

  • Obtain information, confer, and coordinate with the Court, Probation, Pretrial, U.S. Marshals Service, investigative agencies, and other counterparts, when necessary.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Experience performing word processing and data entry/retrieval

  • Experience establishing case/project files

  • Experience preparing and formatting reports

  • Experience schedule appointments and arranging travel

  • Experience in a legal environment a plus

  • US Citizen who has lived in the U.S. three out of the last five years

  • Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and credit check (no collections or recent bankruptcies).

  • Ability to pass a drug screen

  • Ability to interact professionally with attorneys, government personnel, witnesses, investigators, analysts, auditors, law enforcement personnel, and external contacts.

  • Ability to work on sensitive matters involving individuals, organizations, corporations, or issues requiring discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to successfully complete required federal background investigation requirements and obtain/maintain a PIV card or other required federal credentials.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • In-office position based in Savannah, GA

  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed to support customer needs, employee check-ins, orientations, and staffing requirements

  • Occasional local travel to customer sites, job fairs, and onboarding events may be required

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates

  • Manage high-volume hiring activities and maintain accurate ATS records

  • Conduct employee orientations, background check processing, and onboarding activities

  • Partner with clients to fulfill staffing orders and workforce needs

  • Build strong relationships with customers, candidates, and temporary employees

  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety requirements

What You Need to Qualify

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • One or more years of staffing, recruiting, customer service, or client-facing experience

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Diverse Staffing is hiring Food Manufacturing Sanitation Technicians for a food production facility in Savannah, GA. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, manufacturing areas, and processing lines to ensure food safety and daily production readiness.

This is a physically demanding position that requires working in cold, wet conditions while performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Important Facility Requirements

This facility follows strict food safety and GMP standards.

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and processing areas

  • Follow GMP, SSOP, sanitation, and food safety procedures

  • Safely use approved cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment

  • Perform Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures when required

  • Remove debris and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility

  • Follow PPE, safety, and quality standards at all times

Must-Have Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

  • Ability to work in cold and wet conditions

  • Ability to wear required PPE throughout the shift

  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

  • Commitment to workplace safety and food safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sanitation experience

  • Food manufacturing experience

  • Production experience

  • GMP experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Lead a Production Team and Keep Operations Running Efficiently

Diverse Staffing is hiring a Production Team Lead for a manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for supporting production employees, maintaining quality standards, monitoring safety, and helping daily production goals stay on schedule.

This is not a desk job. The Production Team Lead works directly alongside production employees while helping coordinate workflow throughout the shift.

Job Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Job Duties

  • Lead and support production employees throughout the shift

  • Assign work and help maintain daily production schedules

  • Monitor product quality and address production issues

  • Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

  • Enforce safety procedures and maintain organized work areas

  • Complete production reports and communicate concerns to management

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and warehouse environment

  • Fast-paced production setting with daily output expectations

  • Moderate to loud noise levels throughout the facility
