Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Be:

• Lead and supervise packaging and production personnel

• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and daily production goals

• Monitor product quality, safety, and GMP compliance

• Oversee packaging equipment and production line changes

• Train and evaluate team members

• Track attendance, timekeeping, and employee performance

• Communicate with Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams

• Prepare reports and help resolve production issues

Diverse Staffing is hiring Food Production Workers for a food manufacturing facility in Norcross, GA. This position offers steady hours, weekly pay, and an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Measure and weigh ingredients according to production requirements

• Mix ingredients following recipes and production instructions

• Operate production and mixing equipment safely

• Monitor product quality and consistency during production

• Complete production paperwork and batch records accurately

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

Required Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic math and measuring skills

• Ability to work safely around production equipment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, machine operator, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the entire shift

• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly

• Bend, reach, twist, push, and pull throughout the workday

• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements

• Work at a consistent production pace throughout the shift

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing facility

• Fast-paced production environment with daily production goals

• Exposure to manufacturing equipment and machinery

• Repetitive production work throughout the shift

• Food safety PPE such as gloves, hairnets, beard nets, and protective equipment may be required

• Strict GMP, sanitation, and food safety requirements must be followed

• Frequent standing, lifting, and material handling throughout the day
