Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment throughout the shift
Start, stop, and adjust machines to maintain production flow
Load materials and monitor supply levels
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Record production information using computer or touchscreen systems
Maintain a clean and safe work area
What You Need to Qualify
Minimum 1 year of recent machine operation or manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
Basic computer and touchscreen operation skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Must be able to work every other Saturday and overtime when required
Must pass required background screening and drug testing
Work Environment
Manufacturing production facility
Moderate to high machine noise levels
Fast-paced production environment
Continuous standing and machine monitoring required
Repetitive movements throughout the shift
Safety procedures and PPE required
Production and quality expectations must be maintained daily

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform production MIG welding on automotive components
Read work instructions and follow welding specifications
