Required Qualifications
Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, or work orders
Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 9–10 hour shift
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
Preferred Qualifications
CNC machine operating experience
Experience in steel fabrication or metal manufacturing
Overhead crane experience
Experience using measuring devices and quality inspection tools
Manufacturing production experience in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for most of the shift
Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50 pounds or more
Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and twist
Work safely around large steel components and industrial equipment
Maintain productivity while following strict quality standards
Work Environment
Heavy industrial steel fabrication facility
Exposure to moving machinery, cranes, and steel materials
Moderate to high noise levels
Safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and other PPE may be required
Fast-paced manufacturing environment with production deadlines
Indoor facility with varying temperatures depending on production activity

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Staffing Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and client fulfillment. Responsibilities include:
Source, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
Fill open client orders quickly and accurately
Make outbound recruiting calls, texts, and emails to attract talent
Match candidates with positions based on skills, availability, and client requirements
Manage drug screens, background checks, orientations, and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the ATS
Support employee relations and resolve issues as appropriate
Build relationships with candidates, employees, and customer contacts
Partner with Client Services Managers to improve customer service and workforce fulfillment
Process assignment updates and provide operational support as needed
Participate in local recruiting events, job fairs, and client visits when required
Meet recruiting activity expectations and branch performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, HR, or client-facing service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple openings simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production positions
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field
Experience with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
Experience using AI and recruitment technology tools
Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
