What You’ll Do
Operate a stand-up forklift to move products and materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
Use RF scanners to track inventory and warehouse movements
Transport materials to designated storage and staging areas
Inspect equipment before and after use
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
Must-Have Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Basic reading, counting, and computer skills
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to work mandatory overtime when scheduled
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience
Previous forklift experience
Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Experience loading and unloading trailers
No forklift experience? This position may provide an opportunity to learn valuable forklift skills for qualified candidates.
Work Environment
Large distribution and logistics warehouse
Fast-paced operation with constant movement of inventory
Frequent forklift traffic throughout the facility
Standing and walking for most of the shift
Repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, and carrying
Moderate warehouse noise levels
Safety vest, steel-toe footwear, and other PPE may be required
Mandatory overtime may be required during peak production periods

Legal Clerk - Fact Witness

As an employee of DiverseGOV, you will support our contracts with the Department of Justice. This role will support fact witness management at the United States Attorney offices. These positions are best suited for reliable professionals of good character who are comfortable working independently in a legal administrative environment. The role will require communicating with attorneys and agency personnel, supporting matters where accuracy, confidentiality, judgment, and documentation are essential.

Responsibilities for this assignment:
Initiate contact/notify fact witnesses concerning travel arrangements, appearance date/time, and determine any special circumstances or needs of the fact witness.
Receive visitors, field phone calls, questions, and other inquiries from fact witnesses seeking information pertaining to court, pre-trial conferences, grand jury appearances and expense reimbursement.
Meet with fact witnesses upon arrival at a designated hearing or pre-trial conference, offer and perform courtroom orientation, accompany witnesses to court, ensure a safe waiting area is available, and collect necessary documentation and signatures for fact witness reimbursement documents.
Complete and submit proper documentation for special authorizations and obtain prior approval before proceeding with travel arrangements.
Prepare and submit documentation for fact witness reimbursement
Obtain information, confer, and coordinate with the Court, Probation, Pretrial, U.S. Marshals Service, investigative agencies, and other counterparts, when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience performing word processing and data entry/retrieval
Experience establishing case/project files
Experience preparing and formatting reports
Experience schedule appointments and arranging travel
Experience in a legal environment a plus
US Citizen who has lived in the U.S. three out of the last five years
Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and credit check (no collections or recent bankruptcies).
Ability to pass a drug screen
Ability to interact professionally with attorneys, government personnel, witnesses, investigators, analysts, auditors, law enforcement personnel, and external contacts.
Ability to work on sensitive matters involving individuals, organizations, corporations, or issues requiring discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
Ability to successfully complete required federal background investigation requirements and obtain/maintain a PIV card or other required federal credentials.
Ability to work onsite in Pensacola, FL
