Diverse Staffing is hiring Production Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers weekly pay, steady hours, available overtime, and the opportunity to learn new manufacturing skills while working in a team-oriented production environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble envelopes of products according to production specifications

• Operate basic production and assembly equipment safely

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Package completed orders for shipment

• Maintain production output and quality expectations

• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and assembly tasks

• Ability to read basic instructions, drawings, and production documents

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to work overtime when required

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience

• Assembly experience

• Production line experience

• Packaging experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing production facility

• Fast-paced production environment with daily output goals

• Repetitive assembly and packaging tasks throughout the shift

• Continuous standing, bending, reaching, and hand movements

• Exposure to production equipment and moving machinery

• PPE may be required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other assigned safety equipment

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Frequent use of hands and wrists for assembly work

• Bend, reach, twist, and move materials throughout the workday

• Maintain attention to detail while meeting production deadlines
