Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Description: Position Summary
The Mixer is responsible for preparing and blending ingredients according to established formulas and production schedules in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures product consistency, quality, and safety while maintaining compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Measure, weigh, and mix raw ingredients following approved recipes and batch instructions
• Operate mixing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure proper consistency, texture, and quality
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs and ingredient usage
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas regularly
• Assist with inventory control by tracking ingredient levels and notifying supervisors of shortages
• Work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams to meet daily output goals

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately
• Basic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
• Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motions

• Food production facility with exposure to noise, machinery, and food ingredients
• Must adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
