Diverse Staffing is hiring a Production Machine Operator for a growing food manufacturing facility near Lebanon, IN. If you have experience working in a production, manufacturing, or food processing environment, this is a great opportunity to step into a stable role with long-term potential.

In this role, you’ll help operate equipment that fills and packages food products while supporting quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor automated production and filling equipment

• Support the filling, capping, and processing of packaged food products

• Follow food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Track production output and complete basic documentation

• Keep your work area clean and organized

• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals

What Helps You Succeed in This Role

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or machine operation

• Familiarity with production equipment or assembly line work

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Ability to stay on your feet and move throughout your shift

• Willingness to handle materials up to 50 lbs when needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work

• Reliable, on-time, and ready to contribute each day

• Two weeks of paid training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift

• Safety footwear (steel-toe shoes) required on the job
