Job Position: Quality Analyst

Shift: 1st, 6:00am-2:00pm

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Inspections and Testing: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished parts using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Non-Conforming Materials: Identify, document, and separate rejected parts, and attach “unacceptable material”tags to part baskets.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including reports and logs of scrap or rework.
Process Monitoring: Monitor Heat Treat, forge lots, and overall production to ensure compliance with blueprints and technical specifications.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure measurement equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly, including calling for repairs.
5S Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Communication: Coordinate with quality supervisors and production teams to report discrepancies and stop production if necessary (“Stop – Call – Wait”).

This Job Requires:

Ability to perform basic tasks like reading and counting.

Can lift up to 25-50 pounds.

Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.

Safety toe shoes, long pants, and t-shirt without offensive writing.      

Willingness to work varied shifts and travel to different customer manufacturing sites.
