Executive Director Sales Strategy & Analytics

Diverse Staffing Services, Inc. is a rapidly growing workforce solutions organization with a strong national footprint in Temporary and Temp-to-Hire staffing. As the organization continues to scale, we are creating a dedicated Executive Director of Sales Strategy & Analytics role to serve as the single point of accountability for sales performance, revenue predictability, and sales execution discipline across the enterprise.

This role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and partners directly with Ownership, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

What You’ll Own

This role is for a proven staffing sales executive who wants to own the number, not just influence it.

You will be accountable for:

• Enterprise-wide sales strategy for Temporary and Temp-to-Hire staffing

• Revenue growth, gross profit performance, and forecast accuracy

• Sales standards, pricing discipline, and pipeline health across all markets

• Sales analytics, CRM integrity, dashboards, and executive reporting

• Dotted-line sales leadership for Staffing Services Directors and Managing Directors responsible for sales and delivery

Field leaders execute.
You set the standard and own the outcome.

Who We’re Looking For

You are likely:

• A current or recent executive-level sales leader in staffing

• Experienced in multi-location or national staffing organizations

• Comfortable holding peers accountable through influence, data, and credibility

• Strong in forecasting, pricing discipline, and margin management

• Fluent in CRM-driven sales environments

• Trusted by ownership and finance as a true revenue partner

This role requires executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ability to bring structure without bureaucracy.

Compensation & Executive Benefits

This is a senior executive role with a compensation structure designed to reward enterprise-level impact and sustained performance. Total compensation for this position is up to $250,000, based on experience, scope of responsibility, and results. The role includes a competitive executive base salary paired with a lucrative, uncapped performance-based incentive, directly aligned to revenue growth, gross profit performance, and disciplined execution at scale. As the organization continues to grow, this role is intentionally positioned to expand in both influence and earning potential.
