Shift: 2nd, 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday to Friday

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Read and follow the daily production schedule to determine which jobs need to be completed.

Load parts onto fixtures or machines for automated welding or processing.

Perform quality checks on welded, assembled, or counted parts and document results in the computer system.

Assemble components such as rubbers, grommets, and clips into painted parts according to customer specifications.

Hit production targets by completing the required number of parts per hour.

Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures for each assigned work center.

This Job Requires:

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Basic computer skills (ability to read schedules, enter data, and print labels).

Ability to lift, carry, and move parts, containers, and materials (typically up to 25–50 lbs).

Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.

Strong attention to detail for quality checks and inventory tracking.

Punctual and ready to work.

Trainable to operate machines, perform assembly, and use the lot tag traceability system.

Great written and verbal communication skills
