Diverse Staffing is hiring experienced Punch Press Operators with copper fabrication experience for a stable, long-term opportunity in Fort Worth. This is a hands-on role for candidates who can set up and run punch press machines independently and read blueprints with accuracy.

Job Duties:

• Set up, adjust, and operate punch press machines independently

• Fabricate copper parts using blueprints and job specifications

• Perform sheet metal forming, punching, cutting, and shaping

• Use appropriate tooling to form and shape copper materials

• Complete soldering work on copper components as needed

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy

Must-Have Requirements:

• At least 2 years of punch press or sheet metal fabrication experience

• Ability to set up and operate punch press machines without supervision

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints

• Experience working with copper materials and soldering

• Strong attention to detail and quality

Work Environment:

• Industrial fabrication shop environment

• Exposure to loud noise, machinery, and production equipment

• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

• PPE required as assigned
