What You’ll Be Doing
Perform production MIG welding on automotive components
Read work instructions and follow welding specifications
Inspect welded parts to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain consistent production output throughout the shift
Work safely around welding equipment and manufacturing machinery
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Must-Have Requirements
Previous MIG welding experience
Ability to pass a hands-on MIG welding test
Ability to read and follow written work instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
