Diverse Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy food distribution operation serving one of the area’s largest international grocery and food distribution businesses.

This opportunity offers a consistent first-shift schedule, weekly pay, and the chance to gain valuable experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and food distribution. 

Candidates with warehouse, grocery, retail stock, food service, distribution, shipping and receiving, inventory, or material handling experience are encouraged to apply. 

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Be:

• Receive and organize incoming products and inventory

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory

• Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies

• Inspect products for quality and damage

• Stock products in designated warehouse locations

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties as assigned 

This Job Requires:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Warehouse, grocery, retail stock, food service, shipping and receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and procedures
