Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

• Always follow all safety protocols and procedures.

• Maintain a positive attendance record.

• Read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

• Safely use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting torches, and other equipment to

  complete repair and installation duties.

• Inspect finished components or products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tear down and installation issues as they arise in a safe and productive manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members and plant leadership to meet production goals.

• Any and all other duties as assigned.

This Job Requires:

• Highschool diploma or GED/Highschool Equivalency required.

• Experience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry preferred.

• Experience in major automotive repair will be considered.

• Ability to maintain housekeeping and machine/tool upkeep to Aero standards.

• Ability to communicate with customers, as needed, regarding necessary work and prepare service orders.

• Ability to operate and use a variety of machinery and tools to repair and/or replace product components and kits.
