Senior HR Representative (Manufacturing Environment)

Diverse Staffing is partnering with a well-established global manufacturer in the Franklin area to bring on a Senior Human Resources Representative. This is a high-impact, hands-on HR role supporting a fast-paced production environment, ideal for an HR Generalist or HR professional who thrives on the floor as much as behind the desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with site leadership to keep HR operations running smoothly while driving a positive, engaged workplace culture:
Act as a key point of contact for employees and leaders, handling employee relations matters with professionalism and urgency
Partner with managers on staffing strategy, recruiting, and workforce planning
Oversee onboarding and training initiatives to set employees up for success
Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and coaching conversations
Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage temporary workforce needs
Track HR metrics (turnover, engagement, staffing trends) and provide reporting to leadership
Assist with compliance, audits, and HR policies/procedures
Help administer FMLA, safety reporting, and employee wellness initiatives
Conduct exit interviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Play an active role in employee meetings and engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse settings
Strong working knowledge across HR functions (employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits)
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to build trust with employees at all levels
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Flexibility to support varying shifts as needed
