Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

As a Customer Service Intake Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting service coordination and administrative workflow, including:

• Coordinating and supporting home care service activities

• Attending required meetings and following reporting guidelines

• Assisting with staff direction related to personnel policies and HR-related matters

• Ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levels

This Job Requires:

No prior experience required. However, successful candidates should have:

• Excellent customer service skills and comfort working with the public

• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• English communication skills—this is a phone-heavy position

• Ability to assist as a backup to Home Health Aides when needed

• Basic reading and counting ability

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to sit for most of the shift and lift up to 5 pounds

• A cooperative, team‑oriented mindset

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
