Shift: 1st, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests with accuracy and timeliness.
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents. verify pricing and quantities.
Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and other disbursements.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain organized digital and physical AP files.
Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals and reporting.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address questions or issues.

This Job Requires:

Experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
