Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and acquire new clients in the light industrial sector.

Identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Work closely with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for account expansion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized staffing solutions tailored to client needs.

Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and business opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.

Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within staffing industries.

Strong understanding of the light industrial sector and workforce needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
