Your Day-to-Day Tasks as a Quality Control Technician will be:
Inspection & Testing: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of medical devices and components to verify conformance to specifications, including measurements, visual inspection, and functional testing
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and deviations. Ensure proper documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
Process Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.

The Quality Control Technician Job Requires:
Ability to perform basic tasks with great attention to detail
Strong knowledge of medical device regulations
Proficient in the use of measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good manual dexterity for handling small parts and inspection tools.
Punctual and ready to work.
Perform basic reading, writing, and math
Lift up to 25 pounds
Walk, stand, and / or sit for an entire shift
Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, or balance
Work well with others in a team environment
Arrive at work on time
