What You’ll Lead
As the onsite owner of daily operations, your responsibilities include:
Managing all onsite staffing activities and serving as the primary client liaison
Driving recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning strategies
Supporting attendance, performance, engagement, and retention initiatives
Delivering orientations, training, and daily operational communication
Ensuring full compliance with safety, GMP, and client-specific requirements
Managing timekeeping, resolving payroll issues, and distributing weekly checks
Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with client leadership
Collaborating with the branch to ensure staffing levels and service delivery goals are met
Representing Diverse Staffing with professionalism, urgency, and accountability
You’ll operate as the trusted onsite leader; the person the client relies on to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Bring
Proven experience as an Onsite Manager or Onsite Recruiter in a staffing agency
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
Strong client-facing communication and relationship‑building skills
Confidence managing high-volume staffing environments
The ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain composure under pressure
Solid understanding of timekeeping, onboarding, and associate relations
Tech‑savvy with basic computer and reporting skills
Ability to support operations beyond standard hours when needed
Compensation & Schedule
Up to $50,000 base salary
Bonus opportunities
Full-time hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for additional availability
