Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.

Shift: Days-12-hour 2-3-2 rotating shift, 7:00am-7:30pm

Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Set up and prepare plastic molding machines for production runs, ensuring all parameters are correctly configured.

Operate Low Pressure Molding machines and related equipment to produce high quality plastic parts.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Low Pressure Molding, such as Low-Pressure Molding expansion, cooling, and cycle time optimization.

Handle and manage raw materials

Perform routine maintenance on molding machines to ensure optimal performance

Assist in other duties as required

This Job Requires:

Good verbal communication skills are required.

Ability to perform basic math calculations for measuring and adjusting machine parameters

Strong attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Lift 35-50 pounds as needed

High School Diploma or Equivalent

6 years of experience as a plastic molding Technician with a Focus on Low Pressure Molding.

Strong knowledge of Low-Pressure Molding materials, molding process and machine operation.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Knowledge of MS Office Applications
