Job Position: Turret Operator

Location: Brownsburg, IN 46112

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 7am -330pm (up to 530pm with OT) Monday – Friday

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
– Operate turret forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials efficiently and safely.
– Load and unload goods from shipping and receiving areas, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
– Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
– Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and updates within the warehouse management system.
– Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure accessibility and cleanliness.
– Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely processing of orders.
– Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of turret forklifts to ensure operational safety.
– Follow all safety protocols and company policies while handling equipment and materials.

Qualifications & Requirements
– Proven ability to operate turret forklifts or similar equipment safely and efficiently.
– Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
– Basic understanding of warehouse operations and organizational practices.
– Ability to read and interpret shipping labels, packing lists, and other related documents.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting materials.
– Physical ability to lift, move, and stack materials as required.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
– Commitment to adhering to workplace safety standards and guidelines.
