Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

The 2nd Shift – Seasonal DCGen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outbound case picking in a high-volume fulfillment warehouse. This role ensures that all goods are received, stored, and shipped efficiently while meeting compliance and quality standards set by major retailers like Walmart and Amazon. The supervisor will also optimize inventory accuracy and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment and shipping compliance for Walmart, Amazon, and 1000+ customers.

• Ensure accurate labels, ASNs, documentation, and inventory records.

• Optimize warehouse layout, productivity, and safety (OSHA compliance).

• Resolve inventory issues with cross-functional teams.

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff.

• Maintain records to dispute chargebacks and meet retailer standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years warehouse/DC experience, including 1+ year in leadership.

• HS diploma/GED required; degree in logistics/supply chain preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel a plus).

• Knowledge of OSHA, warehouse equipment; forklift cert a plus.

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work flexible shifts (core: Mon–Thurs, 6a–4p).
