What You’ll Be Doing:

• Interview & select top talent to support changing production demands

• Collaborate with warehouse leadership

• Solve challenges quickly and efficiently

• Lead the team on-site as the face of Diverse Staffing, build culture, inspire results, and bring the energy

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish? Awesome, but not required

• On-site availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR preferred

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Understanding of warehouse operations & safety standards

• A calm, can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
