Diverse Staffing is hiring a Senior Staffing Recruiter to support our Greenwood, Indiana branch. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a motivated recruiting professional with experience in staffing, high-volume hiring, workforce solutions, HR, or talent acquisition who can quickly identify qualified candidates, drive recruiting activity, and help fulfill client workforce needs. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and client fulfillment in a light industrial staffing environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Staffing Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and client fulfillment. Responsibilities include:

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates

• Fill open client orders quickly and accurately

• Make outbound recruiting calls, texts, and emails to attract talent

• Match candidates with positions based on skills, availability, and client requirements

• Manage drug screens, background checks, orientations, and onboarding activities

• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the ATS

• Support employee relations and resolve issues as appropriate

• Build relationships with candidates, employees, and customer contacts

• Partner with Client Services Managers to improve customer service and workforce fulfillment

• Process assignment updates and provide operational support as needed

• Participate in local recruiting events, job fairs, and client visits when required

• Meet recruiting activity expectations and branch performance goals

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, HR, or client-facing service experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple openings simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production positions

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field

• Experience with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools

• Experience using AI and recruitment technology tools

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
