Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
• Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders via various channels (phone, email, online system), ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory team to help monitor stock levels and liaise with inventory teams to ensure product availability. Address backorders or stock issues.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders, such as incorrect products, pricing errors, or shipping delays by reaching out to the appropriate team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all orders, including customer details, order numbers, and shipping information.
• Coordination with Shipping & Logistics: Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Track shipments and address any shipping issues.
• Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to order status, exchanges, and shipping information.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Update and maintain databases with relevant order information and generate reports as needed for management or other departments.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure orders comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or logistics training preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with order management systems (OMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
