Diverse Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Senior Recruiter to join our team at our partnered client warehouse facility in Columbus, IN. As the Onsite Senior Recruiter, you will oversee all staffing operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all positions are filled promptly and efficiently to meet production demands.

What will you do?

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for warehouse positions

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions

Develop and implement strategies to improve the recruitment and retention of warehouse staff

Address any staffing-related issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

Act as a liaison between the Diverse Staffing office and customer to ensure a smooth working relationship

Assist with completion of and gather investigative information from the customer after an injury has occurred

About You

Able to work on-site Monday–Friday, with flexibility to extend beyond standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours as needed

Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, or a related field; or a High School Diploma/GED plus two or more years of progressive recruiting experience in a staffing agency

Previous management experience in a customer service or staffing role (2+years)

Highly organized with strong time management abilities

Knowledge of warehouse operations and staffing best practices

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
