Job Position: Maintenance
Location: Atlanta, GA 30336
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st 7:00am – 3:00pm
Description: Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilities
Diagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Conduct electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate), including sensors, switches, and control wiring
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements to support production goals
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
