Process Compliance Expert: Coordinate the hiring process for 20 or more job seekers each day, ensuring everything is captured and all runs smoothly

Master Scheduler: Play a crucial role in scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring events, connecting job seekers with their dream opportunities

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (College degree a bonus)

Fluent in English and Spanish

Excellent attendance, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak delivery times

Friendly and positive communication skills

Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and data entry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Prior experience with HR or payroll tasks a plus
