Description: Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be

• Operating a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse

• Staging raw materials and finished goods according to production and shipping schedules

• Performing pre-operational checks and reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns

• Following inventory control procedures to ensure accurate material tracking

• Assisting with manual loading/unloading when necessary

• Keeping warehouse aisles, docks, and staging areas clean, organized, and hazard-free

• Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors to support daily operations

• Following all OSHA safety guidelines, company policies, and proper forklift operation protocols

• Performing other duties as assigned by warehouse or production supervisors

This Job Requires:

• Minimum 3 years of recent forklift operating experience

• Must have operated a forklift within the last 6 months

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or food production environment

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and operate machinery safely

• Willingness to follow strict safety, cleanliness, and food handling guidelines

• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
