We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist who’s not just organized and analytical, but excited to jump into a role where innovation, efficiency, and financial accuracy drive success.

What You’ll Do:

Accounts Receivable (A/R):

• Tackle aging receivables with confidence—monitor, collect, and resolve

• Post and reconcile payments (ACH, credit card, checks)

• Work cross-functionally with our client services and sales teams

• Assist with new account credit releases and account set-up

• Generate and analyze AR aging reports with actionable insights

Accounts Payable (A/P):

• Process daily vendor invoices, POs, and credit card statements

• Maintain clean and accurate general ledger records

• Handle month-end closings and reconciliations

• Help optimize our accounting workflows with your fresh ideas!

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in A/P, A/R, credit, or collections

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong understanding of QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Fluent in accounting principles, and laser-focused on accuracy and deadlines

• A clear and professional communicator (email + phone)

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities

• ERP experience with platforms like Sage Intacct is a big plus!
