• Source, interview, and match candidates to open positions

• Manage candidate lifecycles and administrative duties with finesse

• Conduct orientations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Collaborate with sales to expand business opportunities and customer relationships

What you need to qualify:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent GED

• Experience in temp staffing ( will consider a similar client-facing role)

• Windows and Microsoft Office adept –  Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.

• Willing to travel locally to support recruiting, sales, and other operational needs

• Availability to work on-site Monday -Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Open to occasional work outside the typical workday to support customer needs
