IT Business Development Manager (MSP Sales Expert)




Job Description :

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales to join our high-energy team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Sales Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the MSP and technology solutions arena, driving sales growth and expanding market presence.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competitive landscape, helping to shape strategic initiatives.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and budgets to meet or exceed business development goals.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest in IT services, solutions, and MSP trends to provide clients with cutting-edge offerings.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and support teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and client needs.

Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales metrics, forecasts, and business development activities to senior management. 


Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing new business and achieving sales targets within the MSP sector.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and other MSP offerings.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.

Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
