Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Data Entry and Administrative support, you will handle inbound calls from current customers and help them with invoices and bill or part order fulfillment

You will communicate via email and phone conversation with all customers and internal team members to ensure that all customers are satisfied

You need to have a strong understanding of accuracy and billing

This Job Requires:

Ability to perform basic tasks like reading and counting.

Can lift up to 25 pounds.

Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.

Teamwork and a cooperative mindset

Experience in customer service and data entry required

Experience in P21 ERP preferred; not required

Proficiency in Microsoft, Outlook, and other relevant software applications
