Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

• Handle inbound calls in a high-volume call environment

• Help customers select and customize products based on their needs

• Research product details and ensure accurate order entry

• Verify order information clearly with customers

• Assist with digital printing operations and post-press tasks (e.g., hand inserting materials)
