Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
• Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries, and resolving shipping issues.

• Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.

• Use Transportation Management Systems to plan, route, and optimize shipments across various modes.

• Negotiate rates with carriers for spot-quote loads and building relationships to ensure capacity.

• Manage documentation and ensuring accurate data entry for invoicing and compliance.

This Job Requires:
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or customer service is typically preferred.

Fast-paced, office-based environment, often interacting closely with warehouse staff.

Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Comfortable operating or learning warehouse equipment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Team-oriented and dependable.

Can lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.

Punctual and ready to work.

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse environment.

Frequent interaction with warehouse team members and supervisors.

Requires physical movement including standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.
