What a typical day looks like:

Use your talent to play a pivotal role in our commitment to exceptional “white glove” service. From crafting effective recruitment strategies to fostering client relationships, you’ll be at the heart of our service-based culture.

Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for high-volume roles

Manage workforce needs in real-time and help solve staffing gaps quickly

Lead and conduct on-site new hire orientations often before 8:00 AM

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and supervisors

What you need to qualify:

Experience in staffing, HR, or recruiting

Natural people-person who thrives in fast-paced environments

Organized, reliable, and confident managing multiple priorities

Availability to work in-office Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but comfortable working early mornings.  You’ll often start before the rest of the world
