Diverse Staffing Services is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Closer who’s ready to win. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and owning your territory, this is your opportunity to make a real impact with a value-driven organization.

In this role, you’ll lead new business development across the light industrial, manufacturing, and logistics markets while representing a company built on Faith, Family, Friendships, Finances, and Fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding new clients

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on Fairburn and surrounding markets

• Conduct in-person client visits, attend networking events, and engage in community outreach

• Sell Diverse Staffing’s full suite of services: temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire

• Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment

• Participate in daily branch whiteboard meetings to stay aligned on priorities

• Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems

• Consistently hit weekly KPIs tied to gross profit, new accounts, client growth, and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, in staffing or workforce solutions

• Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience selling into light industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments

• Comfortable using CRM tools

• Ability to travel locally with a flexible, results-focused schedule

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary up to $90,000.00, based on experience
