Diverse Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Laser Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Conyers, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with machine operation experience who take pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining safety and efficiency in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser cutting equipment, reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to precision, we encourage you to apply.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Be:

• Set up and operate laser cutting equipment to produce sheet metal components according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules.

• Verify dimensions, tolerances, quantities, and product specifications before and during production runs.

• Perform first-piece inspections and conduct ongoing quality checks throughout production.

• Measure completed parts using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot equipment, production, and quality issues and communicate concerns to supervisors as needed.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep equipment operating effectively.

• Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Assist in other production areas as needed to support operational requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

This Job Requires:

• Previous laser operator, machine operator, manufacturing, or fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills

• Basic math and measurement proficiency

• Experience using precision measuring instruments
