What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving activity across multiple outreach channels. Key duties include:
High-Volume Lead Engagement
Conduct high‑volume outbound sales calls to targeted prospects.
Execute outreach campaigns using phone, SMS, and email.
Follow proven scripts while tailoring conversations to prospect needs.
Manage live incoming calls with professionalism and clarity.
CRM & Automation Management
Track, update, and manage leads in HubSpot and other automation systems such as Go High Level and Zapier.
Utilize automated workflows to nurture leads and maintain consistent follow‑up.
Ensure CRM accuracy, organization, and compliance with company protocols.
Collaboration & Pipeline Movement
Partner closely with sales closers for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
Schedule discovery calls with decisionmakers and provide detailed lead intelligence.
Contribute to pipeline review meetings and strategic growth planning.
Performance Targets
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Maintain full CRM compliance with accurate, timely updates.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a driven sales professional who excels in fast-paced, goal-oriented settings.
Required Qualifications
4+ years inside sales or outbound calling experience (staffing industry a plus).
Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales activity targets.
Experience with CRMs and sales automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Strong communication, rapport‑building, and persuasion skills.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry, preferred
Familiarity with progressive dialer systems, AI‑enabled workflows, or automation tools, preferred
