This is a high-energy, revenue-generating role focused on high-volume outbound calls and multi-channel engagement to connect with decision-makers, build relationships, and win new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted prospects.

• Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and SMS.

• Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to connect with prospects.

• Track and manage leads in systems such as HubSpot, Go High Level, Zapier, etc.

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth hand-off of qualified leads.

• Stay informed on staffing industry trends to position Diverse Staffing as the preferred partner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years inside sales or outbound calling experience (staffing industry a plus).

• Proven track record in a goal-driven sales environment.

• Familiarity with CRM and outreach automation tools.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.

• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
