This is a hands-on position that keeps you active throughout the day. You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving inventory, preparing products for shipment, and helping maintain warehouse accuracy. What You’ll Do

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers

• Stage incoming materials and inventory using warehouse equipment and forklifts

• Process products according to established work instructions

• Inspect products and prepare orders for shipment

• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain inventory records

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Report inventory discrepancies, quality concerns, or damaged products immediately

• Rotate between workstations as needed to support operations

Must-Have Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift

• Ability to work in multiple warehouse areas and rotate job assignments

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Ability to understand safety procedures, work instructions, and inventory documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience

• Previous forklift experience

• Experience shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling

• Experience working in a quality-focused environment

Work Environment

• Distribution and warehouse facility

• Fast-paced operation with daily productivity goals

• Frequent lifting, walking, bending, and material movement

• Regular loading and unloading of trailers

• Forklift and warehouse equipment traffic throughout the facility

• Moderate warehouse noise levels

• Safety footwear and other PPE may be required
