What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions
Remove, replace, adjust, and repair equipment components
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery
Complete equipment upgrades and repair projects
Perform general building and facility maintenance
Document maintenance activities and repairs
Work with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
Must-Have Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of machine maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout the shift
Ability to read technical instructions, diagrams, and maintenance documentation
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Two-year technical degree
Industrial maintenance experience
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Welding, fabrication, or PLC troubleshooting experience
