Diverse Staffing is hiring Food Production Associates for a growing seafood processing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers weekly pay, optional overtime, benefits eligibility, and a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule.

Job Duties

• Inspect food products for quality and remove defective items

• Load products into production equipment

• Remove packaging materials from incoming product blocks

• Collect, measure, and record production waste

• Stack finished products onto pallets for shipment

• Follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements

Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Ability to follow GMP, safety, and company policies

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Food production experience

• Food processing experience

• Manufacturing experience

• Warehouse experience

• Production experience

• Experience operating production equipment

• Experience following GMP standards

Work Environment

This position is located in a food production and seafood processing facility.

Associates should expect:

• Standing and walking throughout most of the shift

• Repetitive movements and production tasks

• Fast-paced production environment

• Frequent lifting of up to 60 pounds

• Exposure to food processing conditions

• Production equipment operating throughout the facility

• Continuous use of required PPE
