Job Duties

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery throughout the production process

• Perform quality inspections and verify product specifications

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance when needed

• Record production data, quality checks, and operational information

• Load and change raw materials as required

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Must-Have Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience required

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift

• Ability to stand up to 12 hours when production requires

• Comfortable working around industrial machinery

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Machine operating experience

• Extrusion experience

• Automotive manufacturing experience

• Production line experience

• Experience documenting production information

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing facility

• Continuous machine operation throughout the shift

• Loud production environment requiring attention to safety procedures

• Exposure to machinery, manufacturing materials, and production chemicals

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement
