Diverse Staffing is hiring Entry-Level Welding Machine Operators for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer in Batesville, IN.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in welding, fabrication, automotive work, machine operation, construction, farming, or manufacturing. No professional welding experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate automated welding machines and production equipment

• Load and unload metal components into weld fixtures

• Inspect finished parts for quality

• Use basic measuring tools and gauges

• Move materials throughout the production area

• Follow safety and quality procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
