Diverse Staffing is currently hiring Entry-Level Press Operators for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in Batesville, IN.

This position is perfect for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, tools, and manufacturing equipment. No previous press operator experience is required. Training is provided for dependable individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Be:

• Operate metal stamping presses and production equipment

• Load materials and assist with machine setups

• Inspect parts for quality and identify defects

• Use measuring tools and gauges to verify specifications

• Move materials and finished products using pallet jacks

• Maintain production rates and quality standards

• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions
