What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sourcing Services Manager to understand internal hiring needs and provide timely updates

• Post internal job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other approved social media platforms

• Mine candidate databases daily to identify top talent

• Use advanced sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified applicants

• Manage resumes, candidate leads, and tracking in our corporate ATS

• Conduct phone screens and coordinate assessments for internal candidates

• Schedule interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers

• Attend branch meetings to provide sourcing guidance when needed

• Leverage external sourcing tools and social media to generate candidate flow

• Take on additional sourcing-related tasks to support internal hiring initiatives

Who We’re Looking For – Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience

• Experience with external sourcing and recruiting professional-level roles

• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and phone expertise

• Internet-savvy with social media and keyword search knowledge

• Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Outlook (basic Excel a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive-minded

• Critical thinker with solid time management skills

• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

• Customer service background preferred
