Job Position: 2nd shift

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46222

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Shift: 2nd, 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday to Friday

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
– Assemble medical devices according to provided instructions and specifications.
– Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare products for shipping and distribution.
– Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support production processes.
– Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled products meet required standards.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
– Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
– Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.
– Report any equipment malfunctions or product defects to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements
– Ability to work on the 2nd shift schedule.
– Familiarity with assembly processes and attention to detail.
– Basic understanding of machine operation and ability to learn new equipment.
– Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and repetitive movements.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
– Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
